Features

  • It is a sensor that integrates a shaking sensor that detects shaking and an impact sensor that detects impacts such as bumping and hitting.
  • Detects vibrations on a game machine cause by inappropriate actions.
  • Detects shaking and collisions when moving due to vehicle theft.
  • It reduces malfunctions due to *high-frequency vibration.
    *High-frequency vibration: Vibration caused by the movement of a pachinko ball or vibration of a motor.
  • Can detect instant oscillations and impacts and output them for more than 200 ms using a multivibrator circuit.

Usage Precautions

  1. Always use plain washers to tighten the case and use a torque of 0.5 N·m or less.
  2. The maximum output standby time of the product is 2.4 seconds after the power is turned on.
  3. If the sensor is subject to thermal shocks, its detection sensitivity will differ for the duration of the sudden temperature change.
    Check the environment before using the sensor.
  4. Avoid subjecting the sensor wire harness to mechanical stress while connecting to the connector or allowing vibration to transferred from impact, otherwise disconnection or malfunction may result.
  5. Support the harness lead-out so that it is not subjected to excessive stress or vibration.
