Usage Precautions

Influence of Surrounding Metal

If there are metal objects around the sensor, leave at least the space indicated in the figure below between them and the sensor.

Mutual Interference

When two or more identical sensors are used, observe the minimum values shown in the figure below to prevent mutual interference.
(Sensors with a different frequency are indicated with a B or C after the model name.)

Installation

Be sure to use a plain washer, and ensure that the tightening torque is 0.5 Nm or less.

Other

  • The 1 V output point is the reference point. Do not use below 1 V.
  • The characteristics of the detection target whose surface is plated are changed by the high frequency skin effect. Please confirm the characteristics of the sensor with actual equipment before using.
  • Even in the case of iron materials, detection characteristics may differ depending on the composition ratio of the content. Please confirm the characteristics of the sensor with actual equipment before using.
