When we receive an order, we will confirm by sending an invoice to you from our contact person to the mail address registered at the time of your order.

The maximum quantity you can purchase at one time is ten (10) items of each product.
When an order quantity exceeds the maximum limit (10) of any item, it will be cancelled without further notice.

When you require 10 pieces per product

Our quotations greatly depend on conditions such as our existing business relationship with you or the quantities you need. Please contact us using the Quotation/Ordering procedure on our web page anyway, so that we can contact you for further discussion.

We will decide and confirm rates via EMS (Express Mail Service).

• The rate depends on the shipping area. For the current rates, refer to the rate list for international mails.
• We will temporarily pack the ordered product, confirm the total weight, and determine the shipping rate.

PayPal

After selecting [PayPal] as the payment method, select “Order” in your finalization, and you will be guided to the PayPal site. Log in to the PayPal site, confirm the order and press [Next]. Note that you need to complete the process from the PayPal website in order to pay via PayPal. Incorrect or insufficient information may require you to return to selecting the payment method again.
*When using PayPal for payment, one-time payment is the standard method (the number of payments cannot be selected).
*Some types of mobile phones cannot process PayPal payments.

Changing Payment Method

Once the order is completed, you cannot change the payment method.
When you wish to change the payment method, you must cancel your order and start ordering again.

We will send the order sheet and the invoice form to you when your order is completed.

When damage occurs due to transportation accidents or shipping errors:

When the product you receive is damaged due to transportation accidents or you receive items different from what you ordered, we will replace them and pay all shipping and handling charges.

If you change your mind

When you wish to return or exchange an item that is not incorrect, faulty or damaged, you must pay all shipping and handling costs, including returning and sending the replacement products. *The product cannot be returned or replaced after it has been used.
